Hello:
  it is in documents  settings/application.../winamp.  There are 2 files
you need
 winamp.bm and winamp.bm8 I believe

There are two bookmark files.  They are winamp.bm and Winamp.bm8.

If using Windows XP, you will find them in C:\Documents and Settings\your 
name\Application Data\Winamp

The path is a little different for Windows 7.
