I assume it's in the help files for CDex, but I think you just need to
go into the CDDB tab of the CDex preferences, which I think you can get
to with F4, specify an email address (note it just has to follow the
email address format and doesn't have to be a real email address) and
then choose either freedb.org or cddb.com for your track info database.
Note that I didn't feel like going downstairs and firing up my Windows
desktop just to look up this information, so I'm going from memory and
what I was able to Google. I hope this proves useful!
