Splitting a large file into three segments with Goldwave
Hi, I have recorded a three-hour program from the radio using Goldwave. I wish to split them into three separate files with separate subjects. How would I go about doing this? Thanks for your help. the easiest way is to 1. shift e (set marker) 2. tab twice to the finish marker and type in the length of the segment and then press enter 3 use the rewind key f5 to make sure you are not in the middle of a word. If you are then control shift right arrow moves the finish marker to the right When you have the segment you want open the file menu and press v to save selection you may name this whatever you like when that selection is saved delete it and then press control a to reselect the remainder. - Original Message - From: Vinny Samarco [EMAIL PROTECTED] To: PC Audio Discussion List pc-audio@pc-audio.org Sent: Saturday, June 21, 2008 12:40 AM Subject: Splitting a large file into three segments with Goldwave Hi, I have recorded a three-hour program from the radio using Goldwave.
