The odd things is that when I connect the device to my pc via usb cable I get the device connected sound but nothing shows up in the file manager. I am using Windows 10 Pro. Andrea, Haven't been on this list long, and haven't seen everything that has been tried, so if my suggestion has been given; forgive me. First, turn off the vr stream. Second, connect the USB cable. Finally turn it on. What happens? Could be an SD card problem. Make sure it is seated properly and check it with a card reader if possible. You might need to format or replace it. that happens a lot. I have this happen on windows 7 and 10.
