Re: Wireless headphones with microphone

Oh no Brent. Being wireless doesn't limit it to telephone quality.
High Fidelity music is broadcast all the time, FM radio, satellite radio,
television etc.

I think this one seems like it could be worth a try. I thought if recorded
audio from anything wireless has to be limited to telephone quality, I'd be
sticking with cords for a long time to come.

Hello Brent:

I can't say first hand what the mic sounds like but for $119 and $149 I
imagine it sounds great. It doesn't take much to build a great sounding
microphone. Now recording music is a whole other subject.
 Thanks.

Re: Wireless headphones with microphone

2007-06-19 Thread Jerry Richer
Hello Jim:

Following please find your questions and my answers.

Q: What are the phones like in the $149.00 model? Are they closed or open
ear?
A: It's a closed ear design for high quality listening.
Q: Can the $119.00 support an external mick as well as headphones?
A: No, just headphones.
Q: Assuming one already has high quality headphones, would better results be
gained by utalizing functionality of the $119 version?
A: Yes. It was designed as such for that reason.

Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns.
 Thanks.

Does the mic on these sound pretty good? That wouldn't be a bad price for
such a thing if the mic is good enough that people on Skype don't think I
plugged a cell phone into my computer.

Wireless headphones with microphone

2007-06-17 Thread Bobcat
At last... A two way wireless solution that lets us listen to music from
our computer and send voice and data to the computer without wires. I just
heard about the Q-Bean Wireless 2.0 Audio Link System. Don't know how much
it costs but I think I'll want to get one.
