help with Power DVD

2007-02-20 Thread Terra Syslo
I have a question about Power DVD 7 Deluxe. On a DVD with several episodes
of a TV show how do you get from one episode to another? I am trying to get
from one episode of CSI to the next, but under titles menu under title two 3
and 4 it says unavailable on all the chapters under each title. Title 1 is
the only one that plays. Is there something else I need to do? I know the
disk has four episodes because I had someone look at it for me.

Hi. Just press enter when you get that looping. That should start the movie
playing.

How on earth do I get it to play the actual film itself? The first bit just
keeps looping. Help please!!!
I've tried n for next but that seems to do nothing. I can with sighted
assistance get into one of the features about the film - it's the Pianist

Chrissie and others. Just as a reminder that powerdvd and other dvd
player software will allow you to access the software features via your
screen reader, however you cannot access the actual dvd menus
themselves. Also, many dvd movies now-a-days have audio in their menus
which is a good thing because it's usually a different audio clip for
each menu so you know if you have switched menus. Finally, as others
have stated, usually pressing enter a few times will eventually result
in the movie getting played.

Hi Crissy,

When this happens to me for the most part I just hit the enter key and it
will move the dvd to the next clip, if the clip still isn't the movie hit
enter again. I continue to do this and eventually the movie will play. I
don't know why it is like this but It's the only work around I know. Hope
this helps and if there's a better work around please could somebody who has
the power DVD program post it.

Tony
