hi Tom. i went to http://www.ICanWorkThisThing.com, and went to the site.but when i tried to search, and select the site and clicked on the google button, goolge came up with an error, and said i was sending an automated query and could not be processed.
so had to contact the people there. so thanks for your help. here's my model number, and it is: RC-EZ53H thanks. marvin.
