I would like to know if there is a way to actually monitor something while it is being recorded? I use goldwave. I keep getting intermittent clicks during recording. I can't here them. Only when I play back the recording do I hear them. I've tried everything I know how: changing wires and lowering volume, for starters. Changing my sound card will be my last resort. I'm frustrated. Any ideas?
