Hi joe, i am having the same problem that you had. i sent an e.mail 
to audible, which they haven't answered. on the other hand, it didn't 
bounce, so presumably it went to the right address. i still can't 
download the books i have bought. brian.

Hi, thanks for your message matthew. but from what joe bollard wrote, 
he hasn't found them at all helpful. he has been having trouble for 
two months. my problem only originated yesterday. i have sent 
them  an e.mail, but haven't had and answer yet. brian.

part one of one book. now i can't download part two, or either of the
