If you have access to Microsoft Outlook, that is the Outlook that comes with Microsoft office, not Outlook Express, then I'd highly recommend Skylook from http://www.skylook.biz. This offers some brilliant integration between Outlook and Skype at a number of levels, and one of the features is the ability to record Skype calls. it records directly from the Skype stream, so it doesn't require any additional sound drivers that might mess with your sound card, and it's the most accessible, reliable solution in software I've seen.
