Indeed :) I had not planned to ever release a new version of PCA, but 
Oracle turning off TLS1_0 on their servers broke all downloads, and 
there was a very simple fix for that. Plus, I was a little bored at that 
moment and was curious whether my notes on how to publish a new release 
were good enough. They were, but I do not plan to do that again.

It has been a while.

One thing that pca needs under it is a reasonably modern wget as well as
openssl and the needed certs. I have all of that for Solaris 10 sparc if
you need it in a tarball. Would be trivial for pca to live within the
area of /usr/local with a new openssl and wget and such.

A new release of PCA has just been published. Here's a list of new 
features and changes:


 * Fix version info
 * Remove --secure-protocol=TLSv1 setting for downloads from Oracle server

Update:
  pca --update now
