I've removed the dll's from the system, and loaded this attached
version, it's running fine, now I'm testing examples, from the last to
the begining, oh an error:

with examples/02.advanced/21.basic_LSystem.pd

[gemlist]: you should not bang the gemlist now

when I create gemwin, same error with doublehead example, 19.pointer,
other examples are ok.

oops, I forgot to mention that I've tested this new release with
windows vista, and they are not installed by default( xp doesn't know
my dvdrom and some other devices).
I've downloaded those DLL's indeed, and pasted them into
windows/system32, so Gem can load, now I'm checking all available
objects with my new hardware...

cordially.

That sounds cool for building a reactable, also may I ask if you
manage to add libfprint?

I could say right now that this binary is in need of two dll's:

msvcp71d.dll, and msvcr71d.dll

I guess they have to be both installed for having Gem loading.

hello, you might be interested about this:

http://www.piksel.no/pwiki/DesireData

in fact I believe after a discussion with a max user that the macro
feature of desiredata makes it better than max with toolbox.

My one half cent, everytime I give some try to a new pd-extended it
messes up all my pd stand-alone applications because of the freaking
pdsettings, that is installed by default, without giving user choice for
installing this evil file or not.
