Please reply on-list (i.e. Reply All). You need to have the Gem sources. Nope, go for it. It won't do quite what you expect. You probably need to set DESTDIR or something. In the instruction I found this sentence: "If you don't already have the Pd sources, then read GettingPdSource. Once you have all of the sources and the patches are applied, you can start compiling."
