[PD] decimal to binary number conversion

is there an object in pd for convert decimal numbers into binary numbers ?
(..and if possible also in other bases)

[div], [mod], [pack]

for arbitrary numbers of digits you could use a loop with [list append]

I have succeeded with [div 2]   [mod 2], was very simple.. :)))
