then it would have been great if you had reported the bug.
no bug will ever go away if it is not known.
if you know of a bug, spread the word so that this knowledge can reach
the people who can fix it.

and please do not spread rumours that there *might* be a bug if you
cannot confirm this.

PS: i cannot reproduce the bug either.
zexy has been around for ages, and i would consider it very well tested.
(that's not to say that there are *no* bugs).

Hi Christof,

[mknob] works perfect, all color setting, and displays correctly.

This is what probably also on your machine doesn't work:

Surely all the above needs an update.

Do you have the same "... couldn't create" ?

[PD] knob (again)

2016-10-02 Thread Christof Ressi
Hi list,

are there any people who can help to make [mknob] (and [knob]) build on
windows? Here's the issue:
https://github.com/MetaluNet/moonlib/issues/4

Is [mknob] at least working on OSX and linux?

Right know I'm working on a new project and I need knob GUIs. I managed to hack
something together with data structures, but I'd prefer to use good old [knob]
or [mknob]. Knobs have been used in quite a lot of projects and it's shame that
they won't work on recent versions of Pd right know. I can try myself to repair
it (since we know the cause and possible solutions) but my C skills are not
exactly amazing. Maybe we can join forces to repair these objects?

Christof
