I think it would have benefited from better lighting, it seems to have 
interesting shapes curves and crevices that are lost in the flat lighting.

Thanks Paul - not certain yet, I see my GP tomorrow and my oncologist the week 
after.   My gut feeling is I will have to have further treatment, but not as 
aggressive as the first batch, hopefully.
