There's a big mall in Fargo, ND that had a Ritz camera store that closed this past fall. When that store closed I thought that we had seen the last of the stand alone retail camera stores in our area. As it turns out a camera store owner out of Bismarck, ND took over the space and reopened around Christmas time under the banner of "Bob's Cameras". Why is this a important...well when I went in to check it out , there in the behind the counter display shelves and sandwiched between the Nikon and Canon gear, was a pretty complete line of Pentax equipment. He had a K-5II, K-30, a couple of Q's, a 55-300mm and 12-24mm lens. I hadn't seen the red Pentax logo in a local camera store in years and had been led to believe that Pentax had gone completely to Internet sales.
