It was amusing reading the monthly Outdoor Photographer which said Pentax UK wer talking of a price in excess of £2000 - and they thought that was cheap! How quickly things have moved on - makes the mag look a bit stoopid. I really would be surprised to see £900. To be honest, the 10D is getting soo 'cheap' that I would settle for it being no more expensive than that. Hi, Very quick note. Was in one of the local camera shops today (trying to get a go of a new Optio S, but it hadn't arrived yet). One thing I did hear was the expected price of the *istD. According to the Pentax rep, the price is going to be under EUR 1600 (based on a UK price of ... £999 ! ) For comparison, the EOS 10D costs just under EUR 2300 here, body-only. -- Kristian
