Darren -- Nice work -- I had the same thought as Larry, reading the subject line -- except that I thought there must have been a camera called a "L aSalle" um then I looked at the photo LOL You must have observed by now that we are a lot of pun crazy photogs I would have guessed the effect was a matter of blowing out the highlights on purpose on what started out as an underexposed , low contrast shot at 1600 or something.
