Boris That is something about the website being taken over by hackers... But what I meant was - did did the hotel knowing use a stolen image, or did they get it from someone who either thought they had legit rights or was conning the hotel? Did the web design company steal it? Did a stock agency steal it? Did some individual take it? Somewhere along the line someone knows they stole it, but there could be a couple of good faith buyers between the end product and the thief. Which doesn't mean that they can keep on using the image - it just means they didn't actually steal it. Hi Boris - Maybe you should contact the hotel about the shots. THe probelm is - you don't know where the thefit took place. Did someone at the hotel take them? Probably not - it was probably either their web designer or someone the web designer goes to for photos. But the hotel is the one associated with the site, so they might be more inclined to either pull the shot or arrange for payment, since it would probably be the web designer who would have to make up for it.
