Alternatives to iphoto for jpg viewer
I think someone asked this a while back, but i can find nothing on it. I'm not a fan of iphoto to do customer slideshow views on my ibook, don't like having to load into a folder and then load into iphoto. Can anyone recommend a viewer other than PS browser, for me to try. I diid a Google, but i seem to only get windoze ones. I lik my older PC version of Acdc, so something along that line. RE: Alternatives to iphoto for jpg viewer
iview and iview pro are excellent. $50 for iview, $200 for iview pro. You can download trial version of both of them... You can also just highlight a bunch and press CMD-O (to open them), and if Preview is your default application for JPEG files that will do the same thing (I'm not much of a drag 'n' drop fan generally speaking). -Charles -- Charles Robinson [EMAIL PROTECTED] Minneapolis, MN http://charles.robinsontwins.org -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List PDML@pdml.net http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net

The iview pro certainly has more capabiity for slideshows and everything else but the regular iview might be all you need... vic From: David J Brooks [EMAIL PROTECTED] Reply-To: Pentax-Discuss Mail List pdml@pdml.net To: pdml@pdml.net Subject: RE: Alternatives to iphoto for jpg viewer Date: Tue, 01 Aug 2006 10:14:31 -0400 Thats the one i was having a hard time remembering. Re: Alternatives to iphoto for jpg viewer
Thanks Rayn. I'll try that tonight. I just want something like i have on my PC, Vueprint from Hamirik. Click on the first picture, it pops up and then to move forward hit the space bar, back hit the backspace key. Something simply. :-) Dave [EMAIL PROTECTED] wrote: I think someone asked this a while back, but i can find nothing on it. Re: Alternatives to iphoto for jpg viewer
another thing you can do is to to www.versiontracker.com and do a search for slide show. There are three pages of photo reviewer/ slide show software there. Godfrey -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List PDML@pdml.net http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net
