I have a Lenovo laptop running Windows 7 and a Dell netbook running Mac OSX 10.6.2 and both have teleconferencing cameras. I have done a little Google research on this. Note that so far I was assuming use of my Mac, have not delved into what may be available on the Windows side. 1. Skype allows conference calls but I suspect this is an expensive and cumbersome way to go. 2. There are many programs that support video upload, e.g. to your own web site or to YouTube. 3. Streaming video is a problem though. Most solutions for the Mac build on OS-X Server tools. 4. I skipped by a couple of high-dollar commercial solutions. 5..
