DA 35 macro limited
It finally arrived and collected this gem today. My first limited and the build quality is amazing. The test shots are all very sharp and excellent contrast. Macro up to 1:1, very difficult to get sharp pics at 1:1 handheld, SR doesn't help. The build in hood must slide back or else the subject is allmost inside the hood. No bug hunting with this lens. Should be a very nice walkaround lens. Lovely sharp lens, but the build quality just isn't up to par with the old FAs. Sounds like the DA*35 is much better in that respect, would you say, Toine? Might keep an eye out for one. Re: DA 35 macro limited
Build quality is very very good. It's a limited. Never touched the newer 50 and 100 macros. I have a F100 macro which feels like a tank. The focusing ring of the DA35 is very smooth and solid. Manual focusing is a pleasure. Toine, I especially like #06. It's a perspective we don't see often. Well done! Regards, Bob S. Toine: Congrats on the new lens. Looks like a good one. Especially like #s 1 & 6. Quite nice there. Look forward to seeing more. Re: DA 35 macro limited
I agree with other comments - #6 is a nice shot. Very rich color - an interesting challenge to see if you can print this and have it look anything like the screen version... stan On May 10, 2008, at 4:29 AM, Toine wrote: > A few samples: > http://www.repiuk.nl/peso > Clicking on the images loads the full size jpg. > > On Fri, May 9, 2008 at 8:00 PM, Toine <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: >> It finally arrived and collected this gem today. >> My first limited and the build quality is amazing.
