Ebay Help

2006-08-22 Thread Feroze
Hi,

Need to purchase some software off ebay, seller won't send it outside
the US. If some kind soul could purchase it for me, and send it to south
africa I would greatly appreciate it. I can pay through paypal (funded
with a credit card) or money order. Its for $120 with shipping, plus
whatever your expenses would be

TIA,
Feroze

Huh.
What would anyone *do* with all that NIKON stuff?

It's just one lens..
It was for my F2s kit
I have a 35/2.8, 50/1.4 and 105/2.5 for it.
I would like to get an 85mm lens as well, but I am trying to stick with
lenses from the same era as the camera.

William Robb

Of course!
When the site above opened, it opened at all the seller's other
products, and they were all Nikon lenses. So I wondered.

Today I scrolled down to catch the single item the auction is about...

It'l be something interesting I'm sure. If its pentax 35mm, then I'm
guessing its the 50mm 1.2 that someone had, or the reflex zoom.

I need an American bidder who can both accept a PayPal transaction make a
Paypal transaction, and who would be willing to accept (if I manage to win)

I agree.. though I can't believe the guy is still mailing me telling that he
can pay by a credit card 'manual transaction' when I suggested bidpay. I
sent an email to ebay expressing my concern.

Ryan

NEVER take a direct credit card from indonesia. That
scam is legendary. If he is legit tell him to use
bidpay.com and offer to pay the fees once you get
your money order. If he refuses, it was a scam.

Re: eBay help (urgent!)

2004-09-20 Thread Ryan Lee
He had a 0 feedback history, and sent me an email thru eBay, enquiring about
shipping costs to Indonesia using TNT or DHL. He had a tempting offer of
USD2800 (!!) too (my opening price is USD1499).

I then went to do some research on the subject and saw things like a
fraudster buying something from one seller, and 'selling' something else to
another buyer. I don't want to be contacted 2 weeks from now asking me 'Hey
dude where's my car?'. I also don't want Paypal or my bank to suddenly debit
money from my account and be left in the red.

Cheers,
Ryan
