Thanks, Ken.

No, he has never been in the ocean or a lake. This breed of dog comes from
Northwest Alaska, above the arctic circle. There. getting into water
usually is deadly.
Like all of our Malamutes, he avoids the water. He likes to be on the pool
patio with us, but when we go into the pool, he gets visibly nervous and
keeps a close watch on us. He has a small kiddie pool that I fill with Ice
when it's really hot, and he loves to scratch and dig in a container of
ice, but int the water, no.

Cute !

Has bandid ever been in the ocean or a large lake?

Initially my Mal 'bear' didn't want to go into large bodies of water but we
finally got him into Lake Michigan and we had a hard time getting him out -
he really enjoyed tussling with the wave.

2017-09-16 Thread Jack Davis
That's great. Love to see it. We
adopted a middle aged King Charles rescue about three years ago which has no
interest in playing. We can only imagine what turmoil he's endured.
He has become a much better
adjusted little guy, but sees nothing
interesting in any sort of ball.
Enjoy!
Nice action shot.
