You've got to get yourself some real dirt.  The stuff there looks like
chipped up mountains, all rocks and gravel.  It makes an interesting
contrast with the piercing blue of the flowers, but it looks like the
flowers are trying to grow in a parking lot.

Tom, "Pieces" works beautifully for me--very nice juxtaposition of whole and 
dismembered flower, and of flowers and stony background. The composition is 
nice, too. The other two don't have the same impact.
