We just returned from our month in Maui, and the book was here waiting for me. All I can say is WOW! I have only been able to leaf through it quickly, but it is a beautiful and impressive volume. I will have to spend a few hours tonight and tomorrow (a holiday here in the US) looking over the many intriguing and astonishing image. Well worth the money, indeed.
