I've been following a thread about these on dpreview. So far no one has made the disk work with any digital cameras (most users seem to be trying with a Canon 10D). If someone wants to try with a *ist D I'd be curious to hear how it goes. alex

I heard that the same drive, taken from Creative's MuVo2, works with cameras, this on dpreview also. rg alex wetmore wrote: On Thu, 26 Feb 2004 [EMAIL PROTECTED] wrote: Hello guys, It seems that the new (next to come for Frenchies) Apple Ipod Mini has a big secret inside : It contents a real Hitachi Micro Drive 4Go... No one has been able to get these to work in a camera yet. I wouldn't be surprised if the Muvo2 also switched to such a drive. At the moment they are very difficult to get. I was hoping that the drive from the Apple would work. I can get those locally and would like to have one of these drives before next weekend. The Muvo2 units are out of stock everywhere. alex
