I don't have many photos up there, so it would be no great inconvenience to me, but I would miss the easy access Flickr provides to the National Archives photo collections. Still, I expect that if the worst should happen, the government will be able to find some other way to make those photos available on-line, and I'd eventually figure it out. Flickr is useless to Getty or any other stock agency. I'd be shocked if 99.% could even be cleared for stock usage. Copyrighted material in pictures, lack of model and property releases, and generally unsuitable for stock usage. What would be more likely is being sold to another hosting site, like imgur or an investment or holding company as portfolio piece. Alphabet may have an interest, but they already have G+.
