RE: Industrial site pix...
In a similar vein, here are three pics of mine which I just happened to have on my hard disk drive. They were all taken this summer at an abandoned railroad roundhouse with 100% Pentax gear. Posted for enjoyment, but comments as always are welcome! :) http://mick.maguire.net/westboro1.jpg http://mick.maguire.net/westboro2.jpg http://mick.maguire.net/westboro3.jpg Regards, /\/\ick... ++ || __/) Mick Maguire | | Email: [EMAIL PROTECTED] | (_/) ICQ: 48609010 | \/ | \ /---+ - This message is from the Pentax-Discuss Mail List. OT: Industrial site pix...
Hello all... I ran across this website built by a guy that likes to take interesting pictures of abandon industrial and commercial buildings. There's some great stuff in there. Very gritty. I don't know if he uses Pentax, but I find the site interesting all the same. http://www.abandoned-places.com/ After looking at his Links page, I get the feeling that photographing industrial decay is really its own genre. t - This message is from the Pentax-Discuss Mail List. I ran into this site a while ago. I was compelled to look at EVERY picture in the site. I has a blast trying to imagine the people who had been in those places and circumstances that lead the locations demise.
