Re: Intervalometer

2002-05-12 Thread Carlos Royo

Hello Jim:
Pentax made an SLR with an intervalometer. The Z-1 has got it (it was
dropped in the Z1-p).
And you can add such feature to a SFX/SF1, SFXn/SF1n buying the optional
intervalometer back. This one can be seen in Ebay form time to time.

Did Pentax ever make a body that had an intervalometer built-in?
Thanks in advance.

Jim,

Try the PZ-1 and its PF functions, you can set the interval to whatever you
want, plus delay the start if I remember correctly.

2nd choice would be the SF-1 (SF-1n?) with an interval data back.

The Zoom 105 (I don't know what it was called in the States,
probably the IQ 105) had an intervalometer.

PZ-1.
IQZoom WR90.
(I have both, but have never used the feature on either. But it's mentioned
in both instruction manuals.)

 What's an intervalometer?

A timer that will trip the shutter at set (and adjustable)
intervals.

Also the Ricoh XR-P has a cool intervalometer built-in; you must use an
accessory winder to take advantage of it, but even without a winder it
serves as a convenient vertical release when you set it to 0 seconds.

Intervalometer again

2001-01-07 Thread james apilado

Anyone out there have a SF1 or SF1n with the intervalometer back? Does
light entering the viewfinder on the camera affect exposure when you use the
intervalometer to take photographs? I know that light entering the
viewfinder of an LX will not affect exposure.
