- Original Message - From: Pål Jensen [EMAIL PROTECTED] The AF point selector is the pad on the back. You set multi point or singe point on the sliding lever on the right. I wouldn't call that a point selector. It's basically the same as on the 645NII. In user manual lingo (for Ryan g), it is a selection between wide and narrow AF area. One can hardly argue that to be a multi point AF. Jostein

The slider to the right of the eyepiece looks like it might select beween a spot sensor and a wider angle sensor. BTW, the top LCD is indicating +ve exposure compensation, so 1/4000 may not be the fastest shutter speed. Or it may be a total mockup. m Jostein wrote: Joe, I don't know what Pål refers to, I agree with you. I can't see any... The shot of the D is much higher res here as well. Note that there is an X setting on the exposure selection wheel. Does that suggest high speed synch? I hope we get at least 1500th. My guess is it will have the hyper-function of the PZ-1p (and *ist-D), where you can switch between Av/Tv/P using the dials (and the green button - the original reason for including that button on the *ist-D?), plus the green-button hyper-manual mode. I don't expect you'll be able to switch between Av and manual; the only way you can do that on the MZ-S is using the aperture ring on the lens to set aperture, and I don't expect to see the aperture simulator reappear on the new body. I know that there are still some people here who disagree with that prediction - we shall see.
