It was a completely unposed moment, in that while she was certainly aware of me being there, she was involved enough in what she was doing that the images were quite candid. I shot an entire 36 exposure roll of film on her in a period of about 10 minutes. It was a lot of fun. William Robb - This message is from the Pentax-Discuss Mail List. I dis move arround quite a bit to get a good composition, and yes, moving to the left makes the truck 'touch' the casino building too much for my taste ... About the local postcard printer, that would need to be local to Death Valley, while I am in Amstardam most of the time :-) Regards, JvW PS: I will be visiting the same spot in a couple of weeks, wonder if the truck is still there ... - Jan van Wijk; www.fsys.demon.nl - This message is from the Pentax-Discuss Mail List. My Pug Comments. Relax, I'm not Shel (g)
Well, as everybody have said, this month's pug is really good. My favourite pics are: Timo's picture of his little baby. I really liked it. The light is very gentle and I like the tight framing too. Beauty pic, and for sure the pride of Daddy. My month's favourite together with Robb' s one. William Robb's pic of his niece. What a good lightning! This is very subtle and soft. I wish I had this kind of light at home, when I take pics of my little niece. I like the framing too, and is an encouraging proof of the capabilities of the 77 limited lens. Nicolas Colarusso's pic of little boy at Doctor's. Very funny. What a face! I really enjoyed it. Jan van Wijk's "postcard" picture. I liked it. What sharpness, man! It makes me desire the FA 24 even more. What I would have done is to move slightly to the left, to avoid the little bush to be in front of the truck (but may be then you will have the truck and the house too together). I really like it. Maybe you can try to do some money from it at a local postcard printer or so. I liked a lot more, but I'm a lazzy guy. Regards Albano - This message is from the Pentax-Discuss Mail List.
