I'm surprised we haven't seen disposables loaded with Kodak B&W Plus (or
Select, or whatever its called), which is a C41 B&W optimized for regular
colour channels on minilabs.

When you get a B&W back, it actually looks black and white, not sepia,
green, or other...

I think Ilford makes both one with XP2 and one with HP5+. I don't think you
see the HP5+ version in the States much though.
