Nice bike, nice photo! Grace looks like she wants to be on her way already. On 7/22/2015 5:08 PM, paul stenquist wrote: Gracie has her first adult bike. Paul, I'm sure the years are fleeting, but very precious...worth all the difficulties. You and your wife, your daughter, and Gracie will remember the the time forever. You get extra Mensch points. Re: OT: First Adult Bike
The Giant factory in Taiwan is the world's largest bicycle factory. For years they made frames for other manufacturers but about 30 years ago they started branding their own. And you're right, they make good bikes. Many top manufacturers, like Specialized have all but their top racing frames made in Taiwan, likely by Giant. And many well-known brands (like Bianchi of Italy) have their "more affordable" bikes made in Taiwan - by Giant. BTW, virtually every carbon fibre frame, regardless of manufacturer, is made in mainland China. No one else has the facilities. Glad I ride Italian steel. :-) Cheers, frank On 22 July, 2015 7:06:40 PM EDT, John wrote: >On 7/22/2015 5:08 PM, paul stenquist wrote: >> Gracie has her first adult bike.
