There was a notice in the Los Angeles Times Business section about Hotmail finally being back online. I didn't even know it was down! "Microsoft said it had found the cause and hoped full service would be restored today." Frank, In my experience Hotmail doesn't bounce mail. If your mailbox fills up it just eats it and no one's the wiser.
