Rule (follow at your own risk):
A little bit of tilt looks like poor photography.

A lot of tilt looks intentional.

I personally have a bit of a problem holding a camera level, but I do not have
any problem with a bit of rotate and crop. In fact I usually plan on it when
taking the photo and leave a bit of cropping room. Also I often compose 35mm
with the plan of cropping one end or the other of the negative to fit an 8x10
print (the grid screen helps there).

Although Knarf's actual problem is that he is so tall that he is often short of
oxygen up there and thus dizzy...

Well, Boris, the "trick" was purely unintended, I assure you. In
fact, I'm not sure I see it. However, if you see something compelling
or interesting in it, I'm glad. As for your wife's question, I'd say,
"It's pretty much a broken payphone on a dirty old wall." That's
about it.

Glad you guys liked it.

Disconnected ~= disoriented ~= tilted ;-).

Frank, there is one thing that seems odd/wrong with this photo. It is
its left part. It reminds me of those optical illusions where human eye
seems to misinterpret information given by the eye. There is certain
break of perceived reality here, at least by me.

May be it is good, may be not, but it is odd/strange/wrong...

My wife is asking - "Indeed, really what is there?"

This is kind of a trick shot... Well done!

You can even do this using the crop tool. I had to use it once after
photographing a bathroom (the end with the spa bath) with a 15mm

I don't know diddly squat about photoshop. But, as I said, I like the

Hey Frank, it's tilted! Seriously, I like this. A bit of tilt can add
to the sense of disorder that this image suggests. Thought provoking.
