I mostly like it.  The one thing that bothers me a bit is that her
eyes are neither looking at her work or looking at me - the viewer.
Kind of like caught in between.  Shot just a little earlier or later
seems like it might have been better.

I do like the angle that you shot at and the general composition.

So an alternate title could be Simone gearing up.
I like it, nicely composed  exposed, but being the colorful guy I am, I'd
really like to see it in color - the bike and jersey beg it.
