Difficult exposure! Spot metering on the Egret might have given you
more feather detail. To the extent the file size permits it, I'd crop
to substantially isolate the Egret and perch.
I like the possibilities this image offers.

I like the reflection and position of the bird.  Cropping would pretty 
much ruin the reflection unless you cropped vertical, but then I don't 
think it would have the same impact.

I think loping off a good portion of the left side, keeping the Egret
just right of center, would greatly benefit the image. 
Also, afraid I'd have to despeckle the water some.

the subject a lot and changed the crop to a composition I like better.
I'm only saying that I do and, of course, am not asking you to agree.
Just offered as a suggestion. I, also, cleaned up the pond water a bit.
I'll remove it from my files this evening.
