If it were mine, I might consider cropping out the items in the middle of
the street in the foreground.

You do indeed, though in Philly they’re called trolleys. There are 5
surface lines that converge 2 1/2 miles / 4 km from City Hall (the center
of town), and run in in a tunnel to there. It’s a very good service.
