Re: PESO - Piaggio
Nice shot. So panning with SR on works? I think Pentax recommends turning it off when panning. Powell http://static.flickr.com/98/244670476_9452ca7abf_b.jpg K100D, SMC-M 50mm f2 wide open at 1/100. It certainly appears to. I do have to read the instructions though. -Adam Powell Hargrave wrote: Nice shot. So panning with SR on works? I think Pentax recommends turning it off when panning. Re: PESO - Piaggio
Nice. It appears to be very sharp. An interesting city pic. The shadows appear somewhat deep and clipped on my laptop. Looks like it could be brighter overall. Then again, I don't trust my laptop. Re: PESO - Piaggio
You will still get your background blur when panning with SR. You won't get any up and down jiggle. It seems to work quite well. I've been thinking how nice it will work with really slow shutter speeds -- 1/8th second or so. Paul On Sep 16, 2006, at 2:04 PM, Adam Maas wrote: It certainly appears to. Shadows are slightly clipped. I went for a rendering that emphasized the scooter at the expensive of everything else. -Adam Paul Stenquist wrote: Nice. It appears to be very sharp. I have my Nikon 70-200 VR on all the time and pan quite a bit with the flat work, equine wise. Seems to work that way, so i'd suspect it would Pentax wise.
