I think this one is crying out for B&W... love these kind of scenes.  
The figures are in just the right places -- nice geometry

I like the color version better of the two.

If I were doing it in B&W I’d be tempted to fuss with the curve to give it the 
kodalith treatment and reduce it to just lines and shapes.

The color version almost feels like it’s the yellowish sunset light.  I’d 
experiment with the color balance by setting the white balance off the ramp 
rail or the vent louvers.  I have no idea whether that would be better or 
worse, there is just something that makes my brain itch that it’s a little bit 
off.

I will reiterate what has been said that it is wonderful geometry and 
composition, and we’re just getting into the fiddlybit differences that 
everyone has in the fine tuning.
