Re: PESO - The Lost One
definitely the color one. You might have the best of bought worlds by desaturating the surroundings a bit. If you'd posted it in BW I'd have asked to see it in color. I think it works better in color than it would in black and white. Another shot that I see in there, is one cropped with the glove still in the lower right, but not showing any of the dirt and leaves, just the pink mitten against the black and white concrete might give a stronger monochrome/color juxtaposition than with the brown leaves and cigarette butt. -- Larry Colen l...@red4est.com sent from i4est -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List PDML@pdml.net http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow the directions. -- Steve Desjardins -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List PDML@pdml.net http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow the directions.

Re: PESO - The Lost One
I don't think it needs to be BW, I'd be tempted to give it a hand tinted treatment anyway too keep the pink in the glove. Re: PESO - The Lost One
Very nice, Frank. I don't think it would work in bw. The fact that it is a pink glove -- probably a little girl's glove -- adds a lot of character and emotion to the image.
