First of all, I particularly like the second photo.

Second, I'm on a public computer at a library, using Firefox, and I
view them just fine on Lightbox.

No problems with the lightbox view here. As for the photos, I think the
second one (#14 in the series, methinks) has rather questionable
composition. The guitar on the wall may be to the point, but then I
still would like to see more of a face of a person on the left...

thanks for commenting, Boris.

All compositions are questionable. That is to say, any composition (or
framing in the case of photographs) can be questioned. Whether or not
it suits whatever you and/or the photographer had in mind is what the
questions derive from ... ];-)

Well, as long as you're as smart as you are, Godders, I can live with
your being pedantic. What I meant to say is that given the

I really would recommend taking a look at Mozilla Thunderbird as an
email client to replace Netscape. I don't think Netscape 7.0 has had a
security update since 2003. Certainly not since 2008 when AOL pulled the
plug on Netscape.

Essentially Mozilla took the old Netscape program and split it into
separate applications; Firefox for browsing the web Thunderbird for
email. I think Thunderbird should give you the look feel of the old
Netscape email client, but with the benefit of security updates.

Thunderbird duplicates the look, feel function of the email portion of
the old Netscape program. I was running Netscape 7.2 on this computer in
2007 when I decided to give Firefox/Thunderbird a try on my new Toshiba
laptop. That's when I quit using this computer for a while.

When I put this computer back into operation in January of this year it
still had Netscape 7.2 set up on it. Switching over to
Firefox/Thunderbird was fairly easy.

The only problem I ran into was I made the mistake of running Windows
add/remove programs to uninstall Netscape before installing
Firefox/Thunderbird, which slightly complicated importing bookmarks
address books. Fortunately I had not yet emptied the trash folder the
installers were able to retrieve my bookmarks address books from there.

From recent personal experience, I can say it's not any more difficult
to set up Thunderbird to send only plain text email than it was to
figure out how to make Netscape do so.
