Re: PESO 2017 - 119 - GDG
Hallo! Thank you for the compliments. Ken, I actually did that on one rendering. To my eye, it lost something in the process … so I put them back. I like the notion that they convey: that you're at a public viewpoint looking out over the Coachella Valley and into the desert beyond. They give a near-frame reference point to gauge the distance, at least to my eye. The original res merged raw file is both highly detailed and enormous—about 17,300x3700 pixels; about 57 Mpixels—so I'm going to see about making a 13x56 inch-sized canvas print. :-) onwards! G — The trouble with being punctual is that nobody's there to appreciate it. > On Nov 13, 2017, at 12:27 PM, Ken Waller <kwal...@peoplepc.com> wrote: > > Very nice image, well seen and captured. > If it were mine I'd crop out the man made structures at both the LH & RH > sides. > On Nov 10, 2017, at 9:02 AM, Daniel J. Very nice image, well seen and captured. If it were mine I'd crop out the man made structures at both the LH & RH sides. I like the feeling of depth in that image.
