Not the kiss of death.  If they called it a commemorative edition (LX Gold) I 
would think differently.  But since they call it a Limited edition, I have to 
think that it is the end of the line for the Pentax 67.  A lot of companies 
come out with a limited edition as the last model of a particular product.  

Perhaps they want to concentrate on the next generation 645 (digital back 
anyone?) or the "Mythical-magical Digital SLR.

Beyond special aesthetic emulating the colouring of the famous locomotive
EF58 61, the only functional change is the ability to set the shutter speed
at 1/2EV increment, everything else is the same as normal 67II, according to
the description.
