FS: three Pentax focusing screens ...
I discovered I still have three Pentax focusing screens in my bits and pieces drawer: Pentax LL-60 for *ist D, *ist DS (that's the matte with grid markings model) Katz Eye custom for *ist D, *ist DS (no focusing aid, center circle and quadrant lines, 8x10 crop indicator lines) and a 35mm Film split-prism rangefinder screen (for the Pentax MX and similar, I think). All three to whomever wants them for $60, shipping and paypal in the USA included. For overseas folks, total will be $72 (adjusted for shipping and currency conversion cost). The screens on the good old Pentax bodies are different in sizes so they are not interchangable. Screens in AF Pentax bodies are phyically identical so they "should" be interchangable but exposure compensation is required. However, screens of LX/MX are bigger than AF screens so they won't fit at all. But if you want split image, you can consider the MZ/ZX-M screen (C74) (but beware that the spot meter might not be reliable).. >Also, What screens are available for the MZ-S, and >where can I get info on them? Just spotted the above on eBay. The person selling this has absolutely no idea as to what he has. I'm not sure, maybe someone can tell, but it looks like two of the screens may be for the LX and the other might be for a PZ-1 or PZ-1P. Someone just might be able to pick these up as a "steal-of-a-deal" price.
