Let your fingers do the walking. The addresses I found are:

Hafo, Wagenstraat 67
Degens, Hanenburglaan 375
Fotovak, Beeklaan 309
FQL Den Haag, Laan van Nieuw Oost Indie 100
Karst, Prins Hendrikstraat 39
Universapresse, Lubeckstraat 14

I have no experience with any of them, but I found out that Hafo does
handle medium- and large format. They have a digital lab as well.

Well, You'd be more Dutch than I am Tom. What sort of lab are you looking
for - one hour stuff?

I used to take my film to a Spector lab. They always gave me good results,
but I knew the people running it.
Just looked in the Yellow Pages (www.goudengids.nl onder fotozaken in den
Haag) and on the Spector web page and there are quite a few listed in the
area.
However, as you already know, the lab is only as good as the people running
it. The lab I used wasn't in The Hague sorry!
