Re: Program A mirror problem?

2002-07-18 Thread Alan Chan

I have a Program A that the mirror stays up on, even if you push the mirror
down my hand it just flips back to the up position. Any ideas on what this
could be?

The magnet? The batteries? I don't know, but pull it down by force sounds
bad to me. :(

Hi Alan,

No real force was needed to pull the mirror down, there was no resistance.
The Batteries seem okay as the shutter speed display works okay.

Try moving the film feed sprocket in the forward direction with a clean
finger. This might get the mechanism back in register. This happened to me
with three different single lens reflex cameras an ME Super and two Alpa
Reflexes.

Did someone perhaps spill some Viagra into it?

Q: What do you get when you cross Viagra with Rogaine?
