Hi Ed: I don't have the 5n, but I do have the 5, and the S, and I wear spectacles. I find no difficulty with either, and would'n't be able to state a preference as a result! I don't think (if you are thinking of buying the S) that you will have any difficulty with the viewfinder, FWIW.
